If you want to start a transport company in Belgium you need to fulfill a few things.
1) You need a Belgian company or must establish a branch of your foreign business.
2) You must transfer a guarantee to a government-blocked account:
€9,000 for the first vehicle and €5,000 for each additional vehicle.
3) The reliability of the company must be proved with an extract from the criminal record of the managing director for the past 10 years.
